Clear about Google account data
When you connect Gmail, MailNexus requests permission needed for its email features. Depending on the features you use, the app processes account identifiers, message details or content, contacts and campaign records. The Privacy Policy explains the purpose, storage, service providers, retention and deletion controls.
Getting started
Use MailNexus only with accounts and recipient data you are authorised to manage.
1. Open the dashboard
Use the dashboard link. It may ask for your MailNexus API client key before loading account data.
2. Connect an account
Choose Connect Gmail and review Google's permission screen before granting access.
3. Manage your workflow
Review contacts, mailbox activity, responses, bounces and sending settings inside MailNexus.
