1. The service
MailNexus is an independent workspace for managing connected Gmail accounts, mailbox activity, outreach leads and contacts, message templates, schedules, replies and bounce information. Features may change or depend on Google, Cloudflare and other third-party services. MailNexus is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
2. Your account and permissions
You must be authorised to connect each Google account and to access or use the lead, contact and message data you enter. You are responsible for keeping your Google account, MailNexus API client key and browser/device secure. You are responsible for activity performed using your connected accounts and configuration.
3. Acceptable use and email compliance
You agree to use MailNexus lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must:
- Only contact recipients where you have a lawful basis and comply with applicable email, privacy, marketing, consumer-protection and data-protection laws, including opt-out and identification requirements that apply to your messages.
- Respect Google/Gmail policies, account limits, anti-abuse systems, and the terms of any other service you use.
- Not use the service for unlawful spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware, deceptive messages, unauthorised data collection or other harmful activity.
- Keep lead and contact data accurate, respect suppression/opt-out requests, and stop sending to recipients who should no longer be contacted.
- Not attempt to bypass security controls, obtain unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, or misuse another person's account or information.
You are solely responsible for your recipient lists, message content, campaign settings, sending schedule, recipient permissions, and compliance with applicable law. MailNexus does not guarantee that a message will be delivered, reach the Inbox, or avoid spam filtering.
4. Google and other third-party services
Gmail access is controlled by Google's OAuth permissions and APIs. You may withdraw Google access through your Google Account settings. Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability and policies. MailNexus cannot control third-party outages, restrictions, policy decisions or changes.
5. User data and privacy
Your use of personal information and Google user data is described in the MailNexus Privacy Policy. You retain responsibility for ensuring that information you upload or process may lawfully be used for your chosen purpose. Do not submit data you are not authorised to use.
6. Availability and changes
MailNexus is provided on an evolving basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, address misuse, or make technical changes. We will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot promise continuous or error-free service.
7. No professional or delivery guarantee
MailNexus is a software tool, not legal, compliance or marketing advice. You must independently confirm that your use complies with laws and the requirements of your email provider. Message delivery, response rates, sender reputation and account availability are not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MailNexus is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will meet every requirement, remain uninterrupted, or be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party restrictions, message delivery problems, data inaccuracies or unavailable services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access if use appears unlawful, abusive, insecure, harmful to others, or inconsistent with these Terms or third-party requirements. You may stop using MailNexus and disconnect your accounts. Refer to the Privacy Policy for information about app-side disconnection and data deletion.
10. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The “Last updated” date will indicate when this version was published. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
